Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint Water-based For use on most sound, dry masonry and render. For a smooth finish on exterior walls, including: blockwork, concrete, stonework, cement rendering, roughcast, pebbledash and also brickwork (not common or fletton). Contains a fungicide and algicide to resist disfiguring surface growths on its surface. Stays cleaner longer. Shower resistant in just 30 minutes, making it ideal for the U.K's unpredictable climate. Colour range More than 1800 colours Pack sizes 5L, 10L Touch dry Normally touch dry after 30 minutes. Recoatable After 2-4 hours. These times will be significantly longer in cold, damp conditions. Coverage On smooth surfaces of low porosity eg, rendering: 14-16m² per litre On textured surfaces of low porosity eg, pebbledash: 4-6m² per litre. These figures are only an approximate guide due to the variation of different building surfaces and may be reduced. Thinning Brush or roller application: for sealing new or bare surfaces, 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint. For normal use: thinning should not exceed 1 part clean water to 10 parts paint. Conventional spray: add up to 1 part clean water to 2.5 parts paint. Airless spray: add up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint.
